First, a huge shout out to
@TexasOnion for sending me the details on an estate sale in my area. I'm on 3 estate sale mailing lists but evidently not the right ones. I was out playing paintball for a friends bday on Sunday 9/11 so I didn't get the email until later in the evening. I didn't look at the dates too hard cuz I was exhausted and I assumed it was over.
Thank you texasonion. Not sure how to thank you but I got something cookin.
Anyway, I got my mind right and figured out that the estate sale was this week and found myself standing in front of this house with 30 other folks this morning. I was friggin paranoid. I was sure one of the dudes in front of me was headed straight for the goods and I would have to post this in the "ones that got away" thread.
The other day I was looking at
@tspin818 thread and I was crapping myself. I didn't know where he was from. I thought he scooped up the goods. I first posted asking if he got that stuff from the
Estate sale I was planning to go to. I said exactly where the sale was. Basically leaving myself open to getting vultched by vultures. So I edited that post immediately. That's what that was about.
Soooo.. Lighting strikes the WKC crew twice in quick succession. This is Texas gold. Unicorn poop ice cream cone. I can't begin to explain how unbelievable this is to me. Can't wait to cook something..
