Pizza's for leftovers
« on: August 27, 2016, 06:07:36 PM »
Home alone today and felt like making some pizza for leftovers.

Mushroom Pie: parmesan, mozzarella, mushrooms, and white truffle oil

Pepperoni, mushroom, jalapeņos, sauce, parmesan, mozzarella

And a cheese for the girls: parmesan, mozzarella, sauce

And some other random pics

Had a pizza box so took some pics in the box

Stacked up and going in the fridge for leftovers

Awesome looking pizzas!  Did you put the truffle oil on pre or post cook?  I put some on a pizza two cooks ago pre cook and my GF said she couldn't taste the truffle oil.  I'm thinking I should have drizzled the oil post cook.

Nate, are you sure you're not ramping up to start your own pizza parlor?  Your recipes and photos could easily be on a menu.
