Oktober Fest Pizza!

On Saturday, the wifey and I made our personal favorite creations

Started with a dough recipe from the thekitchn website



First a thin layer of "sauce" (a mix of spicy brown and brown horseradish mustard)


Then some pre-seared kielbasa



Next- a layer of  par-cooked white onion & sauerkraut mixed with mozzarella





And top it off with another thin layer of mozzarella


To the grill!!!



All done




We usually top it with a little sour cream.  *Not everyone likes sauerkraut, but it's our fav. 

We've making this in the oven with those store bought pre-baked bagged crusts for a while, but its wayy better grilled w/ homemade crust
