I just want to know which hinged grate this is?!!!!  My weber hinged (non gourmet) grate is pretty warped now that I have done a handful of vortex wing cooks on it.  Not a problem with the much heavier gourmet grate, not to mention the removable center.

Only semi-off topic, but does anybody have real-world experience with coconut shell charcoal?  The few reviews I've found make it sound like it's the next hottest fuel to afterburner propellant.

Quite a few people love cooking with Coshell. I believe @Troy uses it a lot. I have a bag sitting around I have been waiting to use because I can't find it anymore. From what I have heard it does burn hotter and last longer.

Yeah, I swear by the stuff.
However I have had a few bags now and am a little concerned.
Plus I can't find it anymore and my 2000lb stash is officially consumed :(

Don't worry amazon has it for $22.38 for a 9 lb bag!

Stumbled up on this while trying to find who sells it. WKC is loved by Coshell

There's an importer north of Toronto about 3 hours west of me who advertises cash and carry only for $4.00 per 4kg bag.  Not worth a special trip but I'm definitely stopping there the next time I have reason to visit the big city.
