NHL Playoff Pizza
« on: April 26, 2016, 06:42:33 AM »
I decided to have some friends over and cook some pizzas for the Hawks vs Blues playoff game 7. The pizzas turned out great the game not so much.

That reminds me this year's Superbowl. Nice looking pizzas though!

Nice pie and great setup! A year or more ago I use to use a steel electrical panel cover I grabbed from one of my work projects, stripped the paint off of it, and used it before I got my KP steel.

the pie looks great, and the steel you added rocks the house.

did you dome the pizza? or are the leopard marks from normal cooking?

Just normal cooking with a couple of rotations.
