Chicken in the basement

I haven't done a beer can kitchen in years , I used a leftover foo foo beer my wife and her girlfriends were drinking.




I ran at around 275 with some cherry wood , the 6 pound bird took about and hour and a half. I rotated the bird once during the cook




Nice crispy skin , the bird was excellent

Hey now... I like Leinenkugels too... It's not porter or stout, but its not bad! Chicken and background pics look good too!
