Cookies and pizza

Cooked some store bought cookies and some store bought pizza take and bake from wal mart and they both turned out great, cooked the cookies at 350 and then when they were done I run it up to 400 and cook the pizza, awesome. pizza direction said to cook on the grate in your oven, so I just put it on the grill grate, I was cooking indirect.

Yes both were done with the grate on the lower and then diffuser

Makes sense to me, but apparently not to Weber's marketers, who have somehow forgotten that the kettles, in addition to being grillers and smokers, are also ovens!
