Although I've modded and upgraded both of my Smokey Mt Cookers extensively, the only kettle upgrades for me so far is a stainless grate that I use extensively on my Performer.

I'll put my chimneys, tongs, and such in the tool category. My top kettle accessories would be my charcoal baskets, my rotis and ring, and my KettlePizza.
