Thai Pork Burgers

Spicy pork with a mint mango mayonnaise and sweet potato garlic fries.
This is a recipe that we've made several times now and it's really delicious.
For the burgers I mixed ground pork , red pepper flakes , 2 cloves of garlic, lemon grass paste, fish sauce , cilantro and fresh ginger.
For sauce it was mayo , chopped mint, mango chutney and a dash of sweet and sour and lime juice.
I started them out on the warming rack with a chunk of cherry wood to impart some smoke flavor .
I hit the sweet potato fries with oil and garlic .
I had mine on whole wheat buns and the wife wrapped hers in lettuce leaf .
Thanks for checking these out

Those look delicious! Been doing a lot of asian inspired curry broth bowls lately. Will have to pick up some lemongrass paste.
