Our winters here in the northern prairies are long and harsh. To be outside cooking in the cold, snow, and wind, you have to be a little bit 'nutters'.

It's not all blizzards and frostbite however. Standing out on our deck almost every evening,  I get to enjoy many beautiful sunsets, and all I can hear is the juices from whatever I'm cooking dripping onto hot coals.

What makes this website so great is how many different regions are represented here. Not just from California to New York.  But Canada to Australia. 

I am inviting all members to post a pic of their grilling space. A picture that shows us what it's like to grill where you grill!
