New life for an old gasser...
« on: December 21, 2015, 07:47:28 PM »
I’ve been collecting CL freebies, with the intention of making a custom cart/buffet, with a propane burner. This is what I ended up with...

The primary use for this burner will be deep frying fish, for fish tacos.  8)

I sure hope so!!!  :o

Well, before I put this all together, I used the other side burner to fry some fish. I didn't have any issues getting the oil hot enough, so I'm thinking this side burner should get the job done too. I use an enameled cast iron DO and about 1-2 quarts of oil.
