After a long period away I was back today to do a first cook on the copper kettle for the family. My son was eager to help.
Three skirt steaks seasoned with a salt, garlic powder, pepper mix. Grilled veggies rubbed with oil and sprinkled with salt and pepper by the boy.
My son lit the grill, and put the veggies on as well.
All in all, great cook on the last day of summer...before school meetings start tomorrow.
