Tonight's dinner was bacon cheddar burgers. I decided to break out the Griswold and do two pounds of jalapeņo chorizo as well. I'm fortunate to have a legit, authentic butcher shop within driving distance, both were purchased there. I could make them myself but the shop does a fantastic job with everything. Here are a few pics.
I threw a couple of small chunks of hickory on for the smoke. Constructive criticisms welcomed.
