Definitely making sausage and peppers for the all star game tomorrow that looks too good. And your beer pick is commercial worthy.

I've done this meal twice in a week, Costco sells a 15 pack of the sausage and since there already cured they last a good long time. I have one more 5 pack waiting for another turn. I'm really enjoying the vegi roaster and like the round shape, it's easy to spin around to hotter/cooler areas of the grill and is a perfect fit on the 22 and my genesis. Just heat up to 325-350 with some wood, let the sausages go about 10 minutes then throw on the vegis direct over the banked coals. So easy and so good, and actually somewhat healthy.

Ballast point grapefruit sculpin is the perfect summertime beer.  I try to make sure I always have it in the house, but it sells out quickly in CT.

@Munson welcome to the club, it's definitely a beer worthy of a 1st post. I'm spoiled being in SD, I can get it everywhere year round and do ;)

Thank you.  Being in SD certainly gives you a lot of options.   I'm hoping Firestone Walker starts distributing to CT soon. I hope to start sharing my grilling adventures in the near future.

Love that meal. May have prompted me to make that tonight. Too bad I just finished off my grapefruit sculpin :(
