Not a bad seat at any breakfast, lunch or dinner table as far as I could tell !!!!!

On the kettle with some cherry

Only a few jalapeños for me. My family is weak when it comes to heat.

Just a few of the cast members for dinner on the 6th, a nice nearly 2 pound Rib eye
“King’s Cut” , just means it’s a thicker cut but they gotta be all fancy like

The chunky rib eye meets the cooker and the apple bombs are waiting on the sidelines
for their turn in the “sauna” .

Some bacon and onions that will be mixed with the cheese and the innards from the
potato in the first pic for a loaded twice baked potato that we split.

Just a pic of the finished meal before I broke it down for serving.
I’m here to tell ya that was a really nice rib eye that worked out to be about the right
size for the two of us. I liked the idea of the apple bombs but these just didn’t quite
turn out as hoped, (execution / ingredient issues) and will try them again.

I told my kitty I thought the Rib eye was one of the best I’ve grilled and the little
stinker laughed at me..
