« on: December 28, 2012, 05:18:40 PM »
I know shameful right?  So what to do with left over PP?  What we did was make what we call fried burritos, we took PP,refried beans and cheese, wrap that up and fry it!

Inside goodness :)

Those look good.   What are they wrapped in?
ribs pre-boiling & reaching for the lighter fluid!

That's great! We do that all the time, but we make burritos and it doesn't have to be pp we'll use what ever we have from the night before (pork steak, brats, sirloin, chicken) its all good!!!

That's a heckuva good deal, hadn't thought of that particular combo.......
Nice put together !!!

Here's one I've done a bunch ~~>

1st giant flour tort w/ row of pulled pork (or beef )

2nd Tater salad....
( I'm using deep fried tater salad )

At this point you can add a bit of sauce, I've used Ron's,
or some jalepeno ranch dressing that is part of the salad ~~~>

Roll...

Cut...& enjoy !!!

That was good....think I'll make another, bigger one.....

Might take two torts to complete.....  8)
