Turkey & mashed potato croquette slider with gravy and cranberry sauce.

Chop up some turkey, ball with mashed potatoes, cool in fridge, bread, fry, assemble slider. Yum!

Oh man that looks good... do you deep fry them on the stove/grill or do you use a electric deep fryer? They look perfect.
