CANNONBALL CABBAGE
« on: July 23, 2014, 05:53:10 AM »

I do these at least weekly...
Blk pepper, chicken bouillon (powdered) & lard (butter or whatever)
sometimes Caraway seeds & salt

fill or press into the sides

angled cut gets the core out as a cone

First step to keep it from rolling away...

saw this @ dental lobby in some magazine (??)
I remembered it & googled "cannonball cabbage" there is a grate clip of this on youtube

I did it earlier this week.  Did it like the video said with the onion too.  It was really good and simple.

Did one of these tonight. Pretty good. Needed a bit of tang so I added some Dijon mustard to final product. I thought about some Italian but didn't have any. Thanks again for the tip
