So first off...I have to give a major thanks to KettleAddict for helping me get this one. He certainly went out of his way for me. Thank you again.
Now...most of you may not know about this, but late in 2013, this Seville popped up. KettleAddict posted it here and offered to assist anyone interested in it. It was filthy, but looked ok overall. It was also missing the lid. Here are some photos of what it looked like once I got it.
So now to the good part. Here is what I did and had done. First off, I ordered two new tires. One was missing, one was rotted pretty good. I sent this cart out and had it sandblasted, then had it sprayed with a zinc primer. Lastly, it was powder coated and baked with a gloss white finish. It really turned out super. The finish is amazing. The rear wheels were taken off and done separately. The casters on the front are original and in very used condition. They could not be baked in the oven with the cart because they are a plastic/fiberglass type of material. They would have melted. I was not able to find a new original set yet. They are 2.5" diameter. I found an almost exact match at the hardware stores, but they were 2" casters. The cart wouldn't sit level so I may have to order them online. They are just spray painted white for the time being. Lastly, the original ash pan was missing also. I have basic 22" replacement ash pan sitting in there now. I could take my pan from the Sequoia since its the same one and have one made, but I think that cost might not be justifiable. Here are the finished pics.
