Three simple preparations for as many light dinners to dispose of bingeing kg of the previous days :

Swordfish with Eggplant in Asian sauce :

Marinade swordfish steaks 1 hour :
extra virgin olive oil
red wine vinegar
Provencal herbs
salt
black pepper

Marinated eggplant 30 minutes :
soy sauce
pepper
lemon juice
onion, finely chopped
garlic powder

I cooked the eggplant 5 minutes per side live , swordfish always live 3 minutes per side ... delicious eggplant and swordfish great ... the only thing is that I have had some nice grill marks because for cooking so fast I put too little coal but the result was not affected .

Salmon with coconut sauce and curry

Marinated salmon 30 minutes :
oil
curry powder

sauce:
Coconut Milk
soy sauce
brown sugar
oil
curry

Live cooking super fast for 2 minutes on each side then impiattato . The salmon was soft , succosissimo and very tasty and the taste was married to the great with the sauce and coconut curry .. at the end to me are eaten with a spoon as it was good.

grilled tuna steak

Marinated Tuna 30 minutes :
Sale
Pepe
oregano
basil
oil
lemon juice
garlic

Preparing even more simple and fast, but by far the most delicious of the three ... direct cooking for 2 minutes on each side and plated on a bed of salad served with grilled onions , chard dressed with oil and salt and a squeeze of Viking Smoked sauce & mango curry.

BBQ are never enough

That looks great - just how I like my salmon!

I wouldn't worry about the grill marks if the flavor was good.
