Hello all!!
I am not super new to grilling, I have made my fair share of burgers, sausages, chicken and veg on the gas grill, but I am new to charcoal grilling. I grew up a farm, so meat is pretty close to my heart.
I recently purchased a Weber Master-Touch on Friday. On Sunday I used it to make my first brisket... Ever! I picket up a 12.5 pound brisket from Costco set the BBQ up and let it rip. It turned out awesome! And now I am hooked.
