Dino (Beef) ribs in an 18 WSM
« on: October 08, 2018, 04:08:34 AM »
Decided to do some beef ribs this weekend or Dino ribs as my wife calls them. Simple homemade rub, spritz with pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar and smoked over cherry for about 9 hours at 260° until probe tender. Best I have done yet!!

Looks wonderful.   May I ask where you got the ribs?  Local butcher?

I've got some of these in my freezer at home.  Haven't gotten around to cooking them yet.  Looks like I better get after it.  Those look great!
