New guy from Milwaukee, Wi
« on: October 23, 2018, 10:58:22 AM »
Just wanted to say hi.  Just registered today after coming across this site while searching for deals on a Ranch kettle.  I've been grilling on various Webers for well over 20 years.  I got into smoking foods about 10 years ago.  My Weber performer w/Slow and Sear is my go to rig with my Pit Barrel cooker coming in at a VERY close 2nd.  I also have a Camp Chef 24" smoke vault for when I wanna smoke something but am feeling really lazy and don't wanna do much monitoring.  I wanna add a Ranch kettle and possibly a stick burner to round out my arsenal.

This definitely looks like my kinda forum so I think I'll kick my shoes off and stay a while if that cool with y'all.

Enjoy your stay!!

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Thanks for the welcome and no worries!!  I'm a Cubs and Bears fan so the Brewers losing didn't hurt me one bit!  ;D

Thanks sir!!  I dig your screen name!  I'm a 1911 fan myself.

I'll definitely head on over to the Ranch kettle thread right now and check that out.  That may be my Xmas present to myself this year!
