Chuckie Two Ways

Glorious pre-spring day here in the Hoosier state.  I'm smoking a pair of chuck roasts with two different rubs.   One is s&p while the other is a bit more complex.  This is my first l&s on my A code.  It's holding steady at 230 F.  I like the Daisy wheel control.   Reminds me of my wsm for precision.   The lid is slightly out of round but a clamp helped.  Not bad for a near 40 year old cooker.   Enjoy your Sunday!
