I was short on time, so I smoked the beef for one hour only and braised it the rest of the way
Stuffed cabbaged with rice and lamb and cooked them in Garlic, lemon and mint sauce. I know this was not traditional Irish dish; it was more Mediterranean style. But I figured cabbage, lamb, mint, they’ll pass for Irish ingredients
Also Garlic Potatoes
And dinner was served
Very yummy, this is one of my favorite meals
