Good luck with the bankruptcy     :o

There is a lot of very cool stuff out there.

Just a thought, but, you can probably do everything you want with what you already have. Ask ten different members and you'll get thirteen different answers.

Save your money for more grills?

Thank you!

A whole new world of BBQ knowledge is opening up before me! I just had to Google what a 'smokernator' is from reading another thread...

I think joining this forum is going to make me both well educated in the art of the Q and bankrupt if I decide to buy everything I read on here! It's close to £90 for a smokenator and hovergrill kit and I'm very close to buying it now...!

@Thomas Andrews there are other options as well!

I just can't stop reading and wanting to try everything I've visually digested on here!

Thank you!

This makes a lot more sense to me now, especially to a lot of the specialist terms surrounding makes I've read on the boards here. I now think a couple of fire bricks may be ordered soon too...

Thank you for sharing the knowledge, Troy!

My next grill will definitely involve trying to get great tandoori cream cheese turds this Friday night.

calm down.....calm down.........

You don't hardly need anything to do this......one kettle, maybe an upper rack, some charcoal & wood....bit 'o bacon, jalepenos.......visually digest that........

Heat in a jalapeño or any pepper comes from the white membrane and the seeds , of course seeds aren't cool but leaving as much of that membrane as possible takes the heat level up a notch   I mix the seasoning into the cream cheese also and add chili flake if I want hot, hot .

If you run out of bacon... "3 cheese blend" singles = substitute

half your smokies (cook better & you can fill end to end w/ 'em

+ hover grill / second grate = easy DIY

"Scrap cut" bacon, tho cheaper its ugly when wrapping

save money from "fire bricks" also; just preheat standard, or use broken clay pot piece (heat deflector)

Hi Thomas,
I use my Smokenator on average at least once a week and I love it, in fact I will be using it Friday, Saturday and Sunday this weekend
for the online eCook starting with a slow cook of boneless country style ribs and bacon that will be shredded for turd stuffing and then
Saturday night for a 12 pound brisket.. I think that they are worth the money.

I wrapped my turds tonight and I can say it was a messy and slow experience!

I need to transfer my photos and I just hope they do justice to the beautiful images I've seen posted on this thread!

I am a mere mortal compared to the living Weber BBQ Gods that post on this incredibly informative forum
