Got the greens together last night.

The 'cado was just serving as a table/holder. The other two were pressed in to active duty.

The Mastertouch started the Corn and cooked up some onions.

The lime cooked the bacon wrapped dogs.  Here they are going on..

And almost ready to come off...

Once the corn was almost ready, I warmed the pintos as well on the Mastertouch:

Finished product:
Sonoran Dogs (I promse the dogs are under all that stuff), with street corn (OFF the cob for me) and some sort of salad.

Not Pictured ...... S'mores after we were done with dinner .....

Looks great!  Good thing you put tin foil under those bacon dogs!  Don't want to get the limey TOO greasy and dirty!

I love Mexican street corn, but have never thought of it off the cob. Great idea!
Awesome looking food there. Thanks for sharing

If you want to make quick work of 'off the cob', Mrs. Buckie (the Rocket Surgeon) came up with this:

She does many, many ears sometimes for canning pickled corn relish, etc........electric knife for a bunch..... got an old bundt pan from the 2nd hand store so the good ones don't get dinged up......

PS: That DAWG looks better & better every time I stroll thru this thread !!!!!
