Marinated some boneless skinless chicken thighs in a mixture of lemon juice, garlic, EVOO and seasoned with my own seasoning salt, oregano and S&P for about 3 hours.
Grilled the chicken thighs directly over the coals to gives them some color and grill flavor

Free Image HostingCovered the grill and maintained the grill temp around 350 and rotates the DO every 15 min or so

Free Image HostingThe chicken was falling apart tender, the potatoes and the chicken had a nice and subtle lemon and garlic flavor and even the lemon wedge were so tender and edible and the garlic cloves had a mild and roast garlic flavor.
It was a very tasty dish
