Bacon wrapped bondin stuffed pork tenderloin along with some Best Stop Bondin out of Scott Louisiana. Said to be the best. We shall see. With some Special Shit seasoning. Using Kingsford Blue with a Slow-N-Sear.

Did a 7lb prime rib on NYE that turned out to be the BEST prime rib I've ever had!! The rub is Mrs O'Learys Cow Crust from amazingribs.com. I started searing it at 115 and pulled it at 120.

It took about 3 hours. I was looking at a dinner time between 4 and 5pm so I got it on the grill at 12:30. It was off the grill around 3:45. After letting it rest for 45 minutes, we were eating right at 4:30.

On new years eve day.. I smoked a turkey (first attempt). It's been in the freezer since thanksgiving (the free one from grocery store for spending xyz dollars). Been wanting to clear space. Turned out great.

I did my first pork butt for New Years Eve. Was definitely a favorite among the crowd.
