Together we'll fight the long defeat.

I just read how to do it... Ja ... what can I say?
If I read it correctly then it basically sounds like you put a basic rub on and double wrap them in foil and let them steam in the pack until tender and then 10-15 mins to brown the bbq sauce and at the same time smoke them ??
Ja it might make ribs fast but I think my 2 hour hot and fast would be better.
1 hour super hot indirect with smoking wood and then wrapped for the next hour with apple juice in the pack. Then out the pack and if you want it .. mopped with bbq sauce of your choice and back on the grill for 10-15 to brown the glaze.
Just my view on this.

Might as well cook it in your oven and then finish it in rhe kettle for 10-15 minutes.

I was a little bit surprised when reading it yesterday. I will give a try to Weber's method and will post the results.

Hot and fast ribs is just like driving 90 mph in a 60 mph zone. You'll get to your destination much faster but your margin for error is much lower. I do cook most of my ribs between 275F-325F but if you leave it out 10-15 minutes too long than necessary, you can ruin your ribs. You just need to be more vigilant with your internal temperature.

Just what I did about 25 years ago...It worked but I would never recommend it...
