I just read how to do it... Ja ... what can I say?
If I read it correctly then it basically sounds like you put a basic rub on and double wrap them in foil and let them steam in the pack until tender and then 10-15 mins to brown the bbq sauce and at the same time smoke them ??
Ja it might make ribs fast but I think my 2 hour hot and fast would be better.
1 hour super hot indirect with smoking wood and then wrapped for the next hour with apple juice in the pack. Then out the pack and if you want it .. mopped with bbq sauce of your choice and back on the grill for 10-15 to brown the glaze.
Just my view on this.
