Love the point cut. Last year I ended up with a top round corned beef. Did not make that mistake again and made sure to get the point.

Any time I've made it I always go point cut and have been really happy. This one was good but not as nice as the previous few I did up (different brand)... I need to find some of that Kobe @Chilebrown used!  :drool:

Very traditional looking StPD meal, but that's NOT how St Patty cooked his beef.  Way too much flavor goodness in your method.  Tks for sharing  ...  SJ
