First EVER WSM cook

Wanted to try out the new score so I picked up 2 racks of baby backs.
Rubbed with Bad Byron's and brown sugar, did basically a 2-2-1 method.
Didn't load enough coals initially but I  added as needed. Awesome piece of equipment!!!!..and the ribs....WOW!!!





No plate pics,  but they were perfect.
Tender fall off the bone ribs...not competition worthy unless real people are judging lol
