Do any of the members here own an Onlyfire Grill Cooking Smoking Attachment?  If so, what is the maximum number of racks of ribs you've been able to smoke?  I was thinking of getting one, but I would like to be able to cook up to 20 racks.

WSM with rib hanging rack.....I'd love to do 20 racks at once, never had that audience though lol....

Never tried it you way, 'Bama.  Sort of a melding of WSM & PBC . . .

When I had my 22" WSM I had added brackets so that it would a total of 4 grates.  So I could, technically, handle a dozen St. Louis racks if I was careful.  But cooking that may at one time was a real PITA when you had to spritz 'em.  And it you decided to foil 'em, that PITA was expanded.
The Sultans of Swine
22.5 WSM - Fat Boy
22.5 OTG - Little Man/26.75 - Big Kahuna

I have a third level mod that I did and while it's good for adding a pan of beans or a drip pan, it is a royal pita to turn, wrap and spritz meat on the lower levels.  Admittedly I've not used the hanging bracket many times, but is does make access to the ribs so much easier.
