Hi all, just wanted to show some pics of my build. It's made from 2x4 (frame) and 6x1" redwood for the cladding. The doors and side panels are made from moisture resistant mdf and the worktop is 3no Douglas fir 12x2" joists I took from a 150 year old house that was getting demolished. They came up nice with a sand and varnish. Finished up in cuprinoo garden shades (olive garden colour)

Anyway, pics

What a beautiful build. Excellent craftsmanship.
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Big Dawg

Very sturdy looking.  Can't wait to see what great grub comes off of it.

Thanks guys! Yeah she's pretty sturdy and pretty damn heavy. Glad I fitted wheels pretty early on. It looks like there's no air gap but there's about 15mm between bowl and worktop, kept my eye on it when temps were at their highest while at beginning and throughout the whole cook, no signs heat damage, or even the varnish getting slightly warm on the wood (everyones been asking - "won't it catch fire?!")

Did some easy crowd pleasers for 10 of us on Easter weekend, burgers, thighs, sausages, but this weekend it's gonna be lamb shoulder!
