Valentines Day Beef Short Ribs

Time was short so I grilled the short ribs instead of smoking them.  Then roasted some rainbow carrots in the oven and made some garlic mash and sauteed some onions and mushrooms.

any ideas on how to post a photo?  I tried dragging from googlephoto, then I downloaded and resized and tried to drag and drop to no avail

Sounds good! 

Easiest way for me to post photos is to copy a photo from my Google photos to my desktop, then drag and drop in a post.  Then I trash the copied picture so my drive doesn't fill up.

Ribs look very good, were they tender enough?  How long did you braise them?

I did a quick sear then braised them covered for two hours.  Grill was running around 375.  They were tender but they but I think I would go another 1/2 hour if I did them again.  The meat fell off the bone but the largest pieces still had a little chew in the middle.  I blended all of the veggies in the sauce then tried to run it through a sieve.  Next time I would leave the veggies whole and either leave them in the sauce or serve them on the side.
