Title: Beer can chicken
Post by: BigEll on February 27, 2021, 11:21:03 AM
Beer can chicken
Rub the chicken with olive oil
Dry bbq rub all over the chicken
Fill chicken holder with beer, crushed garlic and fresh thyme
Make a basting sauce with dry run, thyme oil and beer for basting during cooking. You can use any herb f your choice for basting. Oregano works well too!
Cook on the BBQ at 350 indirect method.
Chicken ready when internal temperature reaches 165/170.
Enjoy with roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese.

Looks great, but how does that involve pizza? Do you shred it and put in on pizz?
