Started out with some bacon like most of my cooks do...

Removed the bacon and cooked some 80% third pound burgers in the bacon fat...

Several layers of smoked swiss cheese on the burgers and some shrooms in the pan with some butter...

Made some gravy with no pics.
And it's time to eat...
