It can't be YELLED from the rooftops enough!!!! Weber CS is amazing! New grill came with a small shipping scratch on the lid, they sent a new one that day.

I know. Every time they are helpful with me I email them and let them know how awesome they really are. I hope more people do that because I think the positive customer feedback will keep the customer service top tier like it is.
I just wish other companies had service as good as Weber.

I just got off the phone with an awesome rep at weber. The gas knob on my performer deluxe broke. Sending me a new regulator assembly under warranty.

If most consumers knew about their awesome service I think you'd see Weber sales go up. People have a hard time spending $700+ on a Weber gas grill but don't realize it will cook for a very long time. Weber will replace parts under warranty and even after the warranty is up it's still better to buy new parts than keep buying NexGrill or Char-Broil
