Because the ranch was smokin LOL, accidently left these out of the freezer for an hour yesterday and decided best to defrost the rest of the way and cook. Tami whipped up 3 different marinades and a pack of plain for chef discretion

@Firemunkee wasn't sure if the SNS would be enough in the ranch so I sprinkled out some coals on the indirect side for a little added heat, hindsight says the SNS would have been enough although I didn't monitor grate temp
