Title: SnS and a new twist on Pork
Post by: JEBIV on January 14, 2018, 09:46:28 AM
It turned out really good. I should have marinated longer, and trimmed the thinner ends of the tenderloin and cooked separate. Neat flavors(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180114/4f11e86443260352642ecf95e706df43.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180114/0307d96acb028b1fe4b8efa901d981ba.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180114/43d9872f3eebe2616bbddbc81ff2e66e.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20180114/c967ad5d809e261bad8dd904a843a494.jpg)

Just fold over the thinner end and truss it up. That does look delicious.

Thanks. I read that somewhere once. It works great, and if you do it after seasoning, that end is a great little flavour bomb!
