Doing some spareribs and corn on the cob what's every one else cooking ?

Almost forgot beverage local beer wife brought home for me

I am also doing the ribs. More rain coming down now, but still doable.

Using my wireless Napoleon Temp gauge to keep tabs on the cooking grate temp. Steady at just over 300f for last 45 min.

2hrs in. Pic before I sauced it. Maybe I sauced it to early as I want to let it go for another 30 min. We will see.

I am planning on doing Baltimore style crab cakes this coming week. Probably miid week.  Yours look good!

Nothing better IMHO - these are cajun style - a little extra kick, and a spicy remoulade sauce. Cast iron is the way to go.

That smoked cheese looks great!  I've been wanting to try it but afraid of melting it all and making a huge mess . What's your process?
