Title: Smoked beef ribs
Post by: Vwbuggin64 on October 07, 2016, 09:14:28 AM
Smoked some beef ribs yesterday for 5 hours using Memphis dust and the snake method. The last 90min basted them with Stubbs sticky sweet sauce. There are no leftovers and trust me, I felt it later, but it was worth it.

Gotta love some beef ribs. I've never used a sauce with them before, just s&p and couple other basic spices. Must be good though, if there weren't any left! Good job!

Thanks Travis! Yes there weren't any left. I ate the ENTIRE rack. So worth the pain
