Even though I am new here, I do enjoy cooking food over a live fire. Her are some recent cooks including some dishes using CI skillets.

Good looking food, I had to look up those arepas , sounds pretty close to the hot water cornbread we make around here.

Fantastic food! I can't wait to break in my new Weber roti ring.
The cornbread poppers are simply jalapeƱos filled with some cornbread mix and cheese. Here is a link that Gives you the idea. I made my own cornbread mix and spiced it up a bit (chipotle chili powder). I also mixed in Some sour cream to help keep things moist. I cook cornbread quite often in a CI skillet, but I try to keep that on the mild side (have a 6 year old that also loves cornbread). I just made a little more cornbread mix and stuffed some peppers. They were tasty.

Which will increase sometime soon, as i teach myself to weld...... 8)

As for the 'turd racks, it's something so outlandish, I can't even really describe it in a thousand words or less...........It'll have to be told in pictures...... 8) (more than three.....)
Thanks for the comments. It is amazing how versatile these kettles are. I can control temp better with the kettles than my genesis.
There's a reason you landed here !!!
I've run 5 & 6 of them all night long & slept thru most of those cooks......
