.....ahhhhh......yea-a-a-a-a-a-h......this one I got........she's not afraid to express herself.
Told the wife when I get the rotisserie ring for my birthday coming up prime rib will be done on it for my birthday dinner!
Are those baked sweet potatoes? Haven't tried them like that.
Good looking cook MrHoss! I love doing my sweet potatoes on the grill. I'll be keeping my eye out for $5.99 prime rib in my area (fingers crossed and wishing).

Yes those are sweet potatoes
@Lumpy Coal ...come out just fine on the Kettle.
@austin87 you may be waiting a while....given the exchange rate right now 5.99 Canadian comes to 4.56 USD.
looks Great!!!
Perfectly cooked as usual :)
That's a delicious looking cook
@MrHoss. I also LOVE your choice of kettles. That green 18 is SWEET and the Blue MT, BEAUTIFUL
Spectacular cook up Hoss, the Prime Rib (and everything else!) looks mouthwatering perfect!
;D I especially love that second to last shot... lol may have to respond with another retaliation "bird" pic of my own soon ;) ;D
That looks fantastic, Hoss! I will have to show the SO these pics .... ;) ;)
Fantastic color on the finished roast. I've been baking sweet spuds on the kettle for some time, you can really get a great flavor when they are punctured and left unfoiled. SJ
Great post prime rib looks incredible! Love your wife's contribution

They have pills for that...
(sorry, I could resist no longer)
Winz
There are pills to make prime rib 5.99?
Prime Rib looks very good!
Prime rib is my favorite, and that cook looks amazing. I haven't seen prime rib in Houston under $9.99/lb, and that's a 45 min drive from me. I usually pay $15+ per pound, it sucks!

Reading the statements about how cheap prime rib is as well as talking about it with
@LightningBoldtz when I was down to see him the other day is making me think about the sales we have up here in Canada regularly. Every major holiday....Thanksgiving (which it is here now), Christmas, Mothers Day etc.....prime rib goes on sale. The price a couple years ago was 3.99 a pound but with the cost of beef on the rise this has gone up steadily since. Not sure why we get it so cheap but I do know all the major grocery stores follow suit with prices being within 50 cents usually.
wow that looks good
@MrHoss .... Wow looks great! Have not that yet but very inspiring! Now I have got to make that :)
Love Prim rib but never even thought of trying to make one on my grill. Looks fantastic. I like the Dizzy Pig rub you used as well.
DAMMMMM!!
