A big thanks to
@SixZeroFour for our recent trade! I was able to get out today and get a first cook on my new MT. I have to say I really like the added height on the new MTs being 6"7" it really does make a difference.
26er hangin with his new little brother.

And your's is icing on the cake....Good Show!!!!!
Those 2 Black Kettles side by side look outstandingly gorgeous!!! Food looks beauty too......love to do beef roasts low and slow myself.
Nice job on your cooking of the prime rib!
Any smoke on the rib roast? Everything on that plate looks great!
A new Master-Touch and the matching 26'er? now that's a sweet grilling duo!
Great looking roast Jeff and thanks again for everything!
Great looking cook on a great looking new kettle!
Awsome grills. Great looking cook. Congradultion on the Mt. Cheers.
Nice rib roast. I want to try and roto one.
What a nice meal!!
I have that roasting rack and never thought how (or why, actually ...) to use it. But seeing it there, over the center of the Gourmet grill, raised up, gives me ideas now.
Rib roasts are one of my all time favorites to do low and slow too. Top notch cook up..

Thanks! No smoke on the roast. I go with fresh ground pepper and sea salt only on rib roasts. I really love the meat flavor so I try and keep it simple.
where did you get the riser rack deal?
I've been looking all over.

Hey there cashishift and welcome to the WKC.
Do you mean the warming rack? That's a Weber 3200, discontinued but just this year brought back for inclusion in the 2015 MasterTouch grill. So I'd expect it to become available, at least as a "parts" replacement if not an actual retail item.

The other is Webers' 6469, http://www.amazon.com/Weber-6469-Original-Roast-Holder/dp/B005LR6Z56
They also make a smaller version, the 6605, http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FLRB4OI/ref=pd_lpo_sbs_dp_ss_1?pf_rd_p=1944687782&pf_rd_s=lpo-top-stripe-1&pf_rd_t=201&pf_rd_i=B005LR6Z56&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_r=0F1PVHAB6YSPPKZC7NXZ and of course others have made them.
Congratulations on the Mt 5280 Jeff great looking first cook.

Thanks so much for the link and welcome.
Do you think it will fit on a 26.75 Weber Kettle?
I don't see why the warming rack wouldn't fit on the bigger grill. The one in this thread (a MasterTouch) is a 22.5" model.
Nice job! I was thinking of doing a rib roast this Easter weekend... what temp were you maintaining? 250'ish?
Man Prime Rib on the kettle is one of my favorite items to cook!
