Acquired a nib korean bbq insert. Loaded two baskets with hot coal and put the directly below the insert. Thus meal was amazing! Added a few chunks of hickory to fire.

that's my favorite teriyaki marinade too, although I haven't found it in that big of a bottle.

do you have any asian or korean groceries near you? They have some great bulgogi marinade at the H mart near my office.
They also sell thin cut ribeye and pork butt steaks

I've been to Korea town a few times, great food everywhere. The large Soy Vay is at Costco right now, it's the best teriyaki. I do have a few Korean groceries stores, I'll track down some bulgogi marinade.

I really liked cooking on it, I'll go faster on the vegis next time. I used two baskets full to the rim. It was very hot and I think perfect temp. Quick though, just under 2 min per side.

Spent a year in Korea during my time in the United States Air Force - couldn't get enough bulgogi and kimchi.

The wife and I like kimchi so much I bought a gallon fermenter kit to make our own. It's very easy and nice to control your own ingredients.

That's the first time I have seen a Korean insert from Weber. The food looks really great!
