Breads?

What kind of breads have you cooked on your grills?
I saw a picture somewhere of someone using cupcake tins to make biscuits. I'd like to try making any kind of yeast bread in my Performer Platinum just for the fun of it. Any thoughts?

Hello neighbor,
Many people make cornbread and pizza crust from time to time. I havent heard much about a traditional yeast bread, but I'm sure it's possible. This is a great forum for everything weber, and I access it regularly, but the BBQ Brethren forum is chaulk full of good info and recipes. I'd check there too.

You can bake anything on your grill. Cakes. breads, kugel, bread pudding, cheesecake, pizza, cookies, pies,German pancakes......and that's just for starters. Check some of the older posts for pictures and recipes.
