A friend of the wife and I decided to send us some salmon from Alaska. So I had to grill it up. 51 degrees and a beautiful night for the Weber.

I haven't tried fish right on the grate. I've done several cedar plank cooks. Turn out awesome!! Light layer of wasabi mayo and dill, pepper, paprika

I seasoned with sesame oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Then pike market seafood seasoning on top.
