Stuffed Peppers and Bakers
« on: March 03, 2014, 08:05:56 AM »
With the most miserable winter, I just had to fire up the S/S. Sub zero has been the standard. So after a truck repair that failed...Had some redemption in a cook at least.

A little topping of cheese.

Not a great plated shot. Finished the pepper with enchilada sauce and mexican corn for a side.

Nice job Greg, love me some stuffed peppers.
